5. Refund and Transfer Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction for all offerings. Below are the specific provisions for each category:

5.1 Services

• Eligible Refunds: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have attended no more than one live session or accessed less than 10% of recorded content. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
• Transfers: You can transfer your enrollment to another session or next calendar quarter at no extra charge, provided you notify us at least 3 days before the scheduled start. Transfer requests made later may incur a rescheduling fee.
• No-Refund Services: Personalized coaching sessions and on-demand assessments are non-refundable due to the preparatory work involved. We justify this by the allocation of dedicated expert time and custom materials.

5.2 Digital Content

• Trial Period: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or streamed more than one content item.
• Delivery Confirmation: Once you have downloaded or streamed more than one item, the sale is final and no refund will be issued.
• Transfer of Credits: Refund credit may be offered instead of a cash refund, to be used toward other digital content or services, at our discretion.

5.3 Goods

• Return Window: You may return physical goods within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.
• Refund Method: Refunds for returned goods are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Exchanges: You may exchange a returned item for a different size or design by contacting us via our support form.

6. Payment and Fees

All payments must be made using the methods offered at checkout. Fees for services, digital content, and goods are as displayed on our site at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change.
